Ingredients
- 5 Cups Water
- 1/2 Tsp Carom Seeds
- 1/2 Tsp Fennel Seeds
- 1/2 Tsp Green Tea Leaves
- 1 Small Piece Of Cinnamon
- 1 Small Piece Of Ginger
- Boil Water Till It Simmers.
- Add Carom Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Green Tea Leaves, Cinnamon And Ginger.
- Turn The Flame Off Cover It For 5 Mins.
- Let It Cool Then Save And Keep It In A Thermos.
- Drink 5 Cups Of Green Tea In Day.
