  • Add Carom Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Green Tea Leaves, Cinnamon And Ginger.
  • Turn The Flame Off Cover It For 5 Mins.
  • Let It Cool Then Save And Keep It In A Thermos.
  • Drink 5 Cups Of Green Tea In Day.
